Integration approach
This page describes how we run programming consulting engagements when your organisation needs dependable data movement between systems.
Engagement shape
Every project begins with a written statement of work. Scope lists interfaces, transformation rules, non-functional requirements, and acceptance tests. Fees and payment milestones are fixed in that document before implementation hours are logged.
- Discovery workshops — inventory producers and consumers, document latency expectations, and flag regulatory retention constraints.
- Interface design — produce sequence diagrams, error taxonomy, and idempotency strategy for each sync path.
- Implementation — build connectors, schedulers, or event handlers with unit tests around mapping functions.
- Staging validation — run parallel loads, compare checksums, and tune batch sizes under realistic volumes.
- Cutover support — execute the deployment runbook, monitor initial cycles, and hand over operations documentation.
Technical focus areas
Representative work includes REST and GraphQL ingestion, message-bus consumers, change-data-capture relays, and guarded file-drop parsers. We prefer explicit schemas and structured logs so on-call engineers can trace a record from source to warehouse.
Who this suits
Teams with an internal product owner who can approve mapping decisions within agreed SLAs. We are not a managed hosting provider; you retain infrastructure accounts and access control.
